What is TURTZED’s role in the Virtual Assistant hiring process?

TURTZED serves as a strategic resource, coach, and guide for the client, partnering with a dedicated recruiting firm that handles sourcing and customer service. Clients pay the recruiter for recruitment and support, and receive additional advisory from TURTZED at no extra cost to help hire and onboard successfully. Core functions include clarifying needs, defining the most impactful role, crafting precise job descriptions, preparing interview questions and scorecards, sharing candidate analysis tools, and providing onboarding resources such as SOPs, policies, and setup checklists. Post-hire, clients receive two 30-minute coaching sessions and optional guidance that converts referral credits into focused coaching hours. TURTZED does not run the core recruitment pipeline, does not make hiring decisions, is not the employer of record, and does not manage the Virtual Assistant long term. The client sets compensation and performance expectations.

Recruitment is customized to the role, then the client and the Virtual Assistant form a direct contractor relationship. The client pays the Virtual Assistant directly and controls hourly rate, bonuses, and raises. A separate recruiting and support fee covers sourcing, screening, and resources. This approach creates transparency, alignment, and longer term working relationships.

Most clients meet qualified candidates within 7 to 10 business days. Timing depends on role complexity and responsiveness during the process.

A consulting fee covers sourcing, screening, and ongoing support resources. Direct compensation terms are set between the client and the Virtual Assistant.

If a match is not the right fit, the matching process is re-engaged and new candidates are introduced at no additional charge.
