Our client was a top manager at an international company. He held a senior position with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering strategic projects. Despite his achievements and recognition from colleagues, his inner state did not reflect his outward success.

He found himself in a situation where accumulated stress and doubts began to interfere with both his work and personal life. The urgent need to navigate through this inner crisis and regain clarity became the main reason for seeking coaching support.

Period

The individual coaching process lasted for four months. Sessions were held on a regular basis, which allowed us to gradually uncover the key challenges and track progress step by step.
